These terms govern quotations, orders and deliveries by MENA Industrial Supplies, Dubai Investment Park 1, Plot 598-289, Warehouse 25, Dubai, UAE. By requesting a quotation or placing an order you accept these terms.
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices in AED and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on grade, pack size, quantity and delivery location, and is confirmed in a written quotation. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. VAT at the prevailing UAE rate is added at invoicing.
Orders are confirmed on written acceptance of a quotation. Unless credit terms have been agreed in writing, payment is due before dispatch or on delivery as stated in the quotation. Title to goods passes on receipt of payment in full.
Stock items normally dispatch the same or the next working day from our Dubai warehouse. Delivery dates are best estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. Export orders to the wider GCC are subject to separate freight and documentation terms confirmed per order.
Products classified as dangerous goods, for example hydrogen peroxide and certain solvents, are packed and transported in compliance with applicable UN packaging and UAE transport regulations. The buyer is responsible for lawful storage, handling and use after delivery, following the safety data sheet supplied.
Technical data sheets, safety data sheets and certificates of analysis are supplied with orders where applicable. Product information on this website is provided in good faith for general guidance. It does not replace the manufacturer data sheet for the specific batch supplied, and it is not project specification advice. Suitability for a specific application remains the buyer's responsibility.
Claims for shortage or transit damage must be notified in writing within 3 working days of delivery. Goods supplied to order specification are not returnable unless defective. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a supply is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or project delay, to the extent permitted by UAE law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
