ADNOC is constructing the West East Pipeline to double crude export capacity through Fujairah and bypass the Strait of Hormuz. The company reported the project roughly half complete in 2026, targeting operation in 2027. It joins the existing Habshan Fujairah line, the Ruwais refinery complex, the ENOC Jebel Ali refinery and the Fujairah storage hub.
