Interzinc 52 is a two component zinc rich epoxy primer containing 80 percent zinc in the dry film and meeting SSPC Paint 20 Level 2, for maximum galvanic protection of steel.
Zinc rich primers work by galvanic action: the zinc in the film corrodes sacrificially and protects the steel beneath, even at scratches and damage. They form the first coat of the most durable anticorrosive systems and are overcoated with epoxy and polyurethane build and finish coats.
MENA Industrial Supplies stocks and supplies Interzinc 52 in Dubai, with delivery across the UAE and the wider GCC. Every order comes with the current TDS and MSDS, and our team can advise on the full coating system, film thickness and compatible primers or finishes. Message us on WhatsApp with your specification for a same day quotation.
Interzinc zinc-rich primers are the first coat on blast-cleaned steel, built up with an Intergard epoxy and finished with an Interthane polyurethane topcoat. See the full Interzinc range, or send us the specification for the right film thickness and quantities across Dubai, the UAE and the GCC.
