Hilong 2LPE is a two layer polyethylene anti corrosion coating for external protection of steel pipe where a two coat system is specified.
Two layer polyethylene uses an adhesive layer with a polyethylene topcoat, giving mechanical protection and a moisture barrier at lower cost than a three layer build. It suits projects where the specification and soil conditions do not call for the full 3LPE stack.
