Hilong FBE is a fusion bonded epoxy powder coating applied to preheated steel pipe to give a thin film, strongly adherent anti corrosion layer.
Fusion bonded epoxy is applied as a powder to hot pipe, where it melts, flows and cures into a continuous film with excellent adhesion and cathodic disbondment resistance. FBE is widely specified for buried pipelines and as the primer layer inside multi layer systems.
